Florida State Regulations require anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates a vessel powered by 10 horsepower or more must pass an approved boater safety course and have in his/her possession photographic identification and a boating safety education identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for $9.99. Please have this completed online before arriving for faster check-in.

Can you drink and drive a pontoon boat? No. Alcoholic consumption while operating an aquatic vessel is treated the same way as it is on our roadways. It is unlawful to operate a pontoon boat while under the influence and can result in a DUI charge. If alcohol consumption is part of the plans for your pontoon trip, there must be a sober designated operator at all times.
What’s the minimum age to rent a double decker pontoon? You must be 25 to rent a double decker pontoon boat.
What is included in your pontoon rental? USCG safety equipment, anchor, Bluetooth radio, map of the area and one tank of fuel.
Can we pull a tube or skis behind the pontoon boats? Due to the liability and wear on the motors, we do not allow anything pulled behind our pontoons.
Are you allowed to go fishing? Fishing is permitted aboard a double decker pontoon boat for an additional fee.

Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed aboard our double-decker pontoons.
Is there a weight and person limit for the pontoons? The weight can not exceed the maximum of what the boat displays per the manufacturer.
Per the US Coast Guard, all bodies including infants, count as a person on the pontoons and capacity can not be exceeded under any circumstances.
