Where are you located at?
If you have adventured us in the past, please know our location may have moved since your last experience with us. We are now located behind the Bluegreen’s Bayside Resort & Spa at 4114 Jan Cooley Drive, Panama City Beach, Florida 32408. If you need directions, please feel free to call us at 850-769-3866.
How early should we arrive for our reservation?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time. If you are not checked in at least 10 minutes prior to departure, you may lose your seat to another guest on our waiting list, and will not qualify for a refund. We will not delay our departure time for guests that are running late.
What types of payments are accepted?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards.
Do the crew members & captain accept tips?
Yes they do! Our crew members and captain work in the service industry and tips are GREATLY appreciated! If you have a great time, please show your gratuity and tip the crew.
During Winter months, is there any wind or rain protection on board?
Yes, We have a covered area available around our Bar Area that offers protection from the wind and rain and has plenty of seating for our guests.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on the boat?
At our on board bar we have snacks and additional beverages, like our signature punch, available for purchase! Please note our bar accepts debit/credit card transactions only.
Are we allowed to bring personal coolers on board?
Unfortunately, due to limited space available on board, we ask that no additional coolers be brought on board during any of the trips, unless as advertised.
What items should we bring while taking the day trip to “Paradise Island”?
Make sure you have adequate sunscreen, towels, headgear/hats and sunglasses. We have all of these items for sale in our gift shop if you happen to forget anything.
What type of shoes should we wear on the boat?
Please wear only flat shoes on the boat. Flip flops or boat shoes are preferred. For your safety, no heels are allowed on the boat.
What type of suntanning products are allowed?
Absolutely no oils of any kind are allowed. It makes the boat extremely slippery. Lotions and creams are fine.
On your Half-Day Adventure tours, are the kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling included in the price?
Our fun-filled Half Day Adventure tour to Paradise Island includes, one complimentary beverage, free access to our water inflatables, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, paddle boards, and slide on the boat. All of this is included in the price!
